Metabarcoding of Bacterial Communities

Uncover the bacterial communities in your sample via Metabarcoding (also known as “Amplicon sequencing”).
Send us your sample (cultures, tissues, soil, food, etc.) and we will extract the DNA using our robust high-throughput methods. The sample DNA is then amplified by PCR for an informative genetic marker and analysed by massive parallel sequencing (next-generation sequencing).
You receive a detailed report describing the species composition, diversity indexes, evolutionary analysis, among others.
