Metabarcoding of Fungal Communities
Uncover the fungal communities in your sample via Metabarcoding (also known as “Amplicon sequencing”).
Send us your sample (cultures, tissues, soil, food, etc.) and we will extract the DNA using our robust high-throughput methods. The sample DNA is then amplified by PCR for an informative genetic marker and analysed by massive parallel sequencing (next-generation sequencing).
You receive a detailed report describing the species composition, diversity indexes, evolutionary analysis, among others.
Identification of species
Detection of contaminants
Analyses of mixtures
Scat and Diet Analysis
Gut microbe characterization
… and many others
(a minimum amount of material will be requested depending on the sample characteristics)
